Best extended warranty provider I have ever come across. I have dealt with a number of extended warranty providers in my career. M Global Services is the first one that actual sent us all of the parts that most likely fail if there is a failure to minimize downtime to an absolute minimum. The account team is fantastic to deal with and the support team is also fantastic and knowledgeable. The other parts of their business (selling equipment and new parts) are also very competitive with their pricing. Really is a delight to deal with.
