BE VERY AWARE of extra charges Be aware that there are extra charges when purchasing manuals. I purchased a manual for $NZ9.99 and was charged $NZ18.99. I enquired as to the extra charge - I received the following information via email All-UserManuals.com "There is a service fee of $4.01 NZD charged to help support our payment processing fees, database hosting fees and covers a broad range of operating costs including customer support. There is an optional charge of $4.99 NZD to process your order in Priority. This charge can be unselected in the payment page, at checkout in the order summary section." Check charges carefully before hitting the pay button. After expressing my displeasure at the additional charges, All-UserManuals.com offered to refund me the $NZ4.01 service charge upon my acceptance, which I did.
