Good communication Good communication, resounding right away

I purchased an Antminer S9 hash board I purchased an Antminer S9 hash board. I realize this was a used item, but it was filthy dirty when I received it and one of the heat sinks came off, I assume during shipping. Again, I know this was a used piece of equipment, but you could at least attempt to clean it up a bit before reselling it. Also, you should pack the board a little better, in a box that fits the board.

Doesn’t take care of customers Doesn’t take care of customers. Didn’t have the right price online and asked for more money after order was placed. Zero customer service sense or skill.
