In our case he refurbished an old computer by cleaning all the fans and filters, renewing the thermal paste on the key, hot components, and changing out the old mechanical disk drive to a new SSD. The work was done flawlessly and the operating system brought up on the new disk as part of the process using the original license (important because I don't have a clue how to do that). He also performed a minor miracle by transferring a very old, out of "print" game that originally installed from a long lost cd disk. Bottom line: I highly recommend him to perform any computer repair/upgrade task that you feel is either too difficult or too much trouble to do yourself.
