USDO NOT TRUST THEM. WEBSITE SAYS ONE PRICE AND YOU GET TOLD ANOTHER. PLAY GAMES Initial email after filling out their online form... The price you were quoted was a mistake but we would honor it and charge you the quoted price. Please note, through the process there's a slight chance that the screen might crack which will require a new screen. In that case we will charge you extra $99 for part only. There's a slight chance but I want you to be aware of it. We tried calling you to confirm. Please confirm and we'll have a technician reach out to you shortly. Thanks Jacob My reply.... What are you speaking about my screen cracking? My screen better not crack. Their reply... Please ask the technician assigned about it. His name is Yoni and he should be in touch with you by now Now on their page, they indicate that they fix your device on the spot and at the designated hours I chose. I chose between 4 pm to 6 pm. Check the text the technician sent to me His contact by phone... Can I get the device early I sent an email back to support.. The technician indicated that he would have to get my device and return with it tomorrow? their reply... Most ipads need that as it's requires lab safety and tools. He's a professional and done hundreds of repairs. You can feel confident about him. My reply... Sure thing. I don't want any issues. Appreciate your replies From there, they got comfortable in be unprofessional and playing games. My final email on Friday June 2 to their team and got no follow up but the tech sent a text soon after which says they got in contact with him... Upon initial contact, the technician wanted to come to pick up the device on his time, which I told him no. Pick up was Wednesday May 31 between 4p.m to 6 p.m on Wednesday I am at work. He waits until 2:22 pm to send me a text indicating that he will pick up tomorrow. My device was picked up at my job location and not the agreed upon address on Thursday June 1st 9:30 a.m. So another unreliable situation. He said he would be done by 1 p.m. he later contacted me stating he got into a car accident. He then sent me a photo of a wrecked vehicle at 12:10 Thursday as some sort of proof. He said he would bring my iPad mini 4 to me today at the original address I had requested on your webpage. So far, I am unimpressed. My husband will be at home to retrieve the iPad mini 4. I don't appreciate the games and dysfunction but if there will be some BS today, there will be no understanding on my end. I have learned a valuable lesson. He couldn't fix the iPad battery and claims he will drop of between 11 am and 1 pm today. I told him no later that 1 p.m and got no follow up to confirm. I called him shortly after and got no answer. I left a voice mail. I get the feeling of scamming to get info from my iPad and there is any indication of such there will be a serious issues ahead. Update: The technician said he did not work on my device, despite having it for more than 24 hrs. The "accident" happened at the corner street from my job, so if he felt he couldn't do the work, he could have simply brought my device back to me without any issue from me. So he had my device for 26 hours and did nothing, however, he was kind enough to offer me the opportunity for this wonderful experience on another day. I was kind enough to politely refuse his offer.
