They stole my phone They stole my phone. I sent my phone two months ago still no payment received, mystery Lou also disappeared not sure what to do

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! On October 30th, I received an offer from Gadgyt to sell them my iPhone 8 64gb. It is in near perfect condition and they offered to buy it for $209.90. They provided a pre-paid USPS label to me, which I used to send my phone to them. The phone was packaged in a box and secured for transit, so it should have arrived in perfect condition. I mailed the box on November 5th and it was received by Gadgyt on November 8th. According to their website, they are supposed to notify the consumer ASAP once their product has been received to let us know they are inspecting the product. I never received an email from them. I have been trying to get a hold of them for the last week via email and their texting phone number (they don't have a business phone number anywhere I can find) and I have not gotten a response. I read other reviews of people with the same complaint and it appears they have taken my phone and have no intentions of paying me.

I have sent well over a dozen emails and have received one response. I have now contacted the better business bureau and am about to contact the federal trade commission. REPORT THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! We deserve to get our money.
