USVery Rude Very Rude, with a terrible attitude. He stated false claims on the info his receipt would contain. He was also not willing to work with a third party (a simple phone call) that I purchased Insurance through for repair reimbursement. I would give him ZERO stars if possible.

USbetter service and actual repairs... somewhere else I took my PS5 in to this shop to get it repaired. At best the repair was done sub-par. At worst they know they have quality issues and are defensive when approached about it. I finally took it to another shop and to get it looked at because the people were sure it was my problem. I wouldn't take a pair of glasses with a missing screw to these guys for repair. Somehow their not fixing it would still be my problem. I approached them with a diagnosis and pictures to see if they would SPLIT the fee that another shop charged to do the job right and they refused. They didn't even contact me back. I was left to troubleshoot on my own and was told to replace my HDMI cables after testing all of my known working cables in my house. What a joke. If you want it done right, take it somewhere else.
