GBSo I ordered a iPhone XR screen So I ordered a iPhone XR screen and the first unit came defective I'm assuming it was during shipping but I texted support on the website chat service and they texted me the next day via phone number and were very understanding and told me I had a replacement on the way they sent me the tracking number and a return label for the first unit and the second one came in one day later like we all love 1 day shipping definitely would order parts from here if my phone breaks but very thankful and the screen looks great and fits well.

GBGreat product Great product . Would be 5 stars however I paid for priority shipping and it still took a week to get the product.

GBGreat experiences so far Surprised to see all the bad reviews. I’ve had several experiences with them(I kept replacing screens and breaking them again) and they’ve all been shipped relatively quickly. One time I even bought the wrong screen and after contacting them they sent me a free return label to ship it back. This is a big deal because I live in Anchorage and shipping can get expensive.

CASTAY AWAY!! SCAM ALERT I can’t give 0 stars cause that’s what they deserve! they are basically thief’s! They charged me for a replacement screen I never received, sent tons of email no one bothered to return any.. how is this called if not simply robbery!! Seriously stay away from these guys, I be been shopping online for years, never such things happened to me…
