GBSo I ordered a iPhone XR screen So I ordered a iPhone XR screen and the first unit came defective I'm assuming it was during shipping but I texted support on the website chat service and they texted me the next day via phone number and were very understanding and told me I had a replacement on the way they sent me the tracking number and a return label for the first unit and the second one came in one day later like we all love 1 day shipping definitely would order parts from here if my phone breaks but very thankful and the screen looks great and fits well.

GBGreat experiences so far Surprised to see all the bad reviews. I’ve had several experiences with them(I kept replacing screens and breaking them again) and they’ve all been shipped relatively quickly. One time I even bought the wrong screen and after contacting them they sent me a free return label to ship it back. This is a big deal because I live in Anchorage and shipping can get expensive.
