Product shipped 5 days later and arrived almost two weeks after the order was placed. They offer free returns but won't provide an Return Authorization to return the product. So I ordered a iPhone XR screen So I ordered a iPhone XR screen and the first unit came defective I'm assuming it was during shipping but I texted support on the website chat service and they texted me the next day via phone number and were very understanding and told me I had a replacement on the way they sent me the tracking number and a return label for the first unit and the second one came in one day later like we all love 1 day shipping definitely would order parts from here if my phone breaks but very thankful and the screen looks great and fits well.

Visible pixel It works fine, but there’s an annoying visible pixel at the top of my screen.
