USBad Shipping I ordered a new screen on a Wednesday and it had 3-4 business days of shipping. It took until the following Tuesday and me reaching out for the realization that the product I had ordered had not even shipped. When told I would taken care of the product took an additional 3-4 days to get to my house. To top it off the screen broke when I was installing it.

USPlease be aware Please be aware! They ship out broken products and will not respect refund requests. I do not have any idea how they would ever receive 5 stars.

USSlow shipping, won't let me return product! Ordered an iPhone replacement screen, next day I received shipping confirmation. Product shipped 5 days later and arrived almost two weeks after the order was placed. They offer free returns but won't provide an Return Authorization to return the product. Save yourself the time and hassle and order from a quality site like A***zon

USNever received a replacement screen Never received a replacement screen, already tried communicating multiple times, never got a reply back about my issue. You guys are terrible and this is the last time my clients & my store will be buying from this store again.
