GBSo I ordered a iPhone XR screen So I ordered a iPhone XR screen and the first unit came defective I'm assuming it was during shipping but I texted support on the website chat service and they texted me the next day via phone number and were very understanding and told me I had a replacement on the way they sent me the tracking number and a return label for the first unit and the second one came in one day later like we all love 1 day shipping definitely would order parts from here if my phone breaks but very thankful and the screen looks great and fits well.

GBOrder never arrived Order never arrived. & also nobody is helping willing to help me. I’ve email you guys so many times and never responded. This is really really bad service.

GBGreat product Great product . Would be 5 stars however I paid for priority shipping and it still took a week to get the product.

GBBad Shipping I ordered a new screen on a Wednesday and it had 3-4 business days of shipping. It took until the following Tuesday and me reaching out for the realization that the product I had ordered had not even shipped. When told I would taken care of the product took an additional 3-4 days to get to my house. To top it off the screen broke when I was installing it.
