GBMy Laptop failed to connect to the HP… My Laptop failed to connect to the HP printer, so I used the online chat to find out the problem. The lady in the chat refer me to the service and I received a call. The service helper was impatient and very rude as I could not hear her clearly and I was not able to follow her commands. I would not recommend anyone to buy HP products.

GBDreadful customer service Dreadful customer service. After chatting to HP on line they referred me to tech. JACK from tech called that afternoon regarding why my printer was not printing black/aligning ect. I tried to explain what was happening but he just asked me to turn my printer off for five minutes and he'd get back to me. He did. Nothing had changed. I again tried to explain I had done all the usual checks ect. He then wanted to access my laptop remotely. I said 'I'm not comfortable with that' to which he said 'well, I can't help you any more and hung up! Turned out if was a faulty HP ink cartridge.

GBSuperb Service Had some problems with my printer. They tried new inks etc and then decided to send me a new printer, At all times the staff were friendly and professional . I cannot fault the experience.
