GBThey say the charge is $1 They say the charge is $1, then not only the $1 but they will continue to charge you additional fees which totaled $92! Had to cancel card and file unauthorized transaction with my bank. Scammers!

CACancelled within 10 minutes Cancelled within 10 minutes, never actually communicated with anyone- Charged $68 I'm trying for a refund. We'll see. Update - No refund. Finally got a reply to my problem after I cancelled. The reply contained the most basic suggestions which can be found in many places for free and that I had already tried. My bad for not looking at this website first!

GBScam Scam, completely a scam. Company says they will help you with IT issues via live text chat for $1.00. They give you an answer that is a general fix for everything, like factory reset it. Then charge you an extra 46.00 dollars. Can the FBI shut them down please.
