GBScammers & scams everywhere! I’ve been trying to find a way to stop the relentless scamming on fb marketplace, so in my trying to find a customer service line.. I’ve only found MORE scams. One being asktech.support, as well as ideas.powerapps.com BOTH are absolute scams! And they’re the first answers you’ll get when Googling for help & support through Facebook. It’s really getting out of hand on Marketplace. As a seller ( and lover of buying cheap things ) I’m being reported for selling “counterfeit” wicker baskets! ( yea.. idk what that is either.. ) but what the bots say, goes! So I might lose my privileges over nothing I did wrong. While also these scammers will have conversations with you! Real, genuine conversations proving how real & relatable they are, only to disable their accounts, so after I sent the item, I can’t get paid! So im legit paranoid now! It’s ridiculous! I’m so upset!

GBScam Scam, completely a scam. Company says they will help you with IT issues via live text chat for $1.00. They give you an answer that is a general fix for everything, like factory reset it. Then charge you an extra 46.00 dollars. Can the FBI shut them down please.

CACancelled within 10 minutes Cancelled within 10 minutes, never actually communicated with anyone- Charged $68 I'm trying for a refund. We'll see. Update - No refund. Finally got a reply to my problem after I cancelled. The reply contained the most basic suggestions which can be found in many places for free and that I had already tried. My bad for not looking at this website first!
