Open bag of dry cat food shipped We opened the shipping carton and found that One bag of cat food was slit open with dry cat food spilled inside the box. The shipping container was not damaged. We reported this to customer service and a replacement was sent right away. We were pleased with their response and hope future shipments will be packed with more care.
