Coaches are an ally Tawkify’s coaching sessions are a completely positive experience. The coaches are your ally. They accept you where you are and offer helpful perspectives from which to think about your relationships, past and future.

Total scam Worst experience! A rip off and total scam. I was lied to about the number of available people in my area and the “rules” I found out after paying several thousand dollars that they can take as long as they want to find a match for you, but if you decline the ones they offer, or need to pause your offers for a couple months they take your money and your match credits. I tried to get a refund when I realized it’s a total scam and they said they do not issue refunds. I paid an inordinate amount of money thinking this was going to be a curated high-end, quality experience which it very much was NOT. I was sent on dates that in no way matched what I shared I was looking for: 1. I was stood up (like sitting in a restaurant waiting for 30 minutes before tawkify texted me he wasn’t coming) 2. Was much, much, much older than me 3. Was aggressively and uncomfortably trying to kiss me and asking for my phone number 4. Was the only match that was somewhat close to my preferences & I’d already been on a date with him via a free app. When I asked for that date to not count toward my credits, my matchmaker told me that I needed to provide a list (first & last names) of all the men I’d ever dated to prevent that from happening again…what?!? I switched matchmakers and still was completely and utterly baffled by the types of men they sent me on dates. I was so fed up I paused my account and then was told my “credits” had expired. So they basically just keep the money no matter what happens. Seriously, save your money, time, and trouble. Horrible company!

Cindy - truly an asset to Tawkify Cindy is a great communicator, very responsive and focused in her clients and their experience. She also is a great listener - that’s so important when trying to understand the what people are looking for or want in a match. I think “listening” is not often recognized as a critical skill but Cindy excels in this skill. Overall, it was wonderful working with Cindy!

A good company with an impossible task The Tawkify team is very dedicated and listens, willing to hear your likes and dislikes and adapt. They are very earnest and made good on something that went sideways. I gave them stars for their personnel. That being said, at least in my experience, they did not have access to anyone - qualitywise - that I could not find online. I am in a tricky demographic, over 60 in a large city, where women out pace men by far. We discussed this yet they assured me that had candidates. I did not find their candidates to have any appeal, but for one who was outside my age bracket. For the cost, I did not find this blind date paradigm to work to satisfaction. They are a good company and perhaps in another demographic they can produce better results. To me, this was money out the window.
