GBThe website is easily navigated and… The website is easily navigated and anything I need help with or request is met immediately with my rep. Great company to work with. The only issue I have is with backorders, It is very difficult to track when you invoice it immediately but then take the backordered total off in the notes. Then months down the line we get an order with no invoice and I have to try and remember when this was backordered from. Very hard to track. It would make it much easier if you just didn't put it on the invoice at all, just said it wasn't available, and I could reorder at a later date.
