My first two toys shipped quickly and worked very well ( i still have them to this day ) and the descriptions and reviews on the site really do help make it a better experience. My third toy sadly, although it shipped just as quickly, came defective. However, LoveHoney was very quick in their customer response time and was very helpful when it came to which route i wanted to take. (Refund or Replacement) They provided me with a refund which processed fairly quickly. All in all, even if the product has the possibility of being defective, LoveHoney has shown me they do care for their customers and are willing to help. I will definitely keep using them as my tou providers. The sales are also amazing!
