GBI had an issue with their product twice… I had an issue with their product twice and each time Paris patiently helped me and each time they replaced it free of charge. I am waiting for he 3rd unit and hope this time is a charm.

GBFleshy rocks! Not only is the fleshy thrust great but the customer service is amazing! It's the best toy I've every used and I've tried quite a few. I was excited when I got it in the mail and I used it heavily that day. The next day I discovered the sleeve was leaking, what I assumed to be a factory defect. I reached out to Leah H on the support team and she responded quickly and replaced the entire unit for me. She was very kind and helpful

GBFleshy round Ok, I’m here to revise my previous review. I did have a couple mishaps and after the 2nd time. I went straight to a bad review, rather then notifying them to give them a chance to rectify it. That was unfair on my part, as they absolutely went to extra mile to make things right. They do have great customer service, and stand behind their product.
