GBI had an issue with their product twice… I had an issue with their product twice and each time Paris patiently helped me and each time they replaced it free of charge. I am waiting for he 3rd unit and hope this time is a charm.

I was excited when I got it in the mail and I used it heavily that day. The next day I discovered the sleeve was leaking, what I assumed to be a factory defect.
