Customer service is amazingly helpful! I ordered from them and my order came a lot sooner than I expected. My second order from them was canceled by transit. So I reached out and they helped me super fast and went above and beyond to make things right.

One small flaw I really enjoy my cages (and dildo) from this company. I was super excited for my new flat cage. I ordered the metal catheter tube but i probably should have ordered the other variant. The metal tube is uncomfortable and slightly painful. Wearing the cage without it is very lovely and it definitely helps my gender dysphoria, but its not easy to use the restroom while wearing. Its just one small optional detail that odds are is either something i could get used to or get the different catheter and fix the issue

Satisfied with product in spite of inadiquite user instructions I found this website from a twich streamer I watch who gave us a discount code. I ordered a prostate massager (listed as "Prostate Massager Anal Vibrator Remote Control Heated Silicone"). The product was drop shipped, arrived in a timely manner, and in discreet packaging. The product does include instructions, however they are not in english and the pictures don't adequately explain the controls or how to charge it. I was able to figure out the controls on my own in the end though. Hold down the power button on the massager to turn it on, press the button on the remote with the pause symbol to change the vibration on the insertable, press the button with the circle to change the vibration of the noninsertable. To open the charging port you need to insert a sewing needle or other sharp object into the indent on the side of the massager labeled "DC". The vibration is a happy medium. I was able to use it effectively at it's higher settings, the vibration patterns are also quite nice. However the intensity isn't impressive, and more experienced people might not find it satisfying. Additionally, the remote has a very short range wile the toy is inserted which led to some frustration while figuring out how to use it, and makes some types of partner play challenging. Overall, I would only recommend this particular product if you can get it discounted like I did. The undiscounted price is $91.64, and for that you can find similar toys of a higher quality. However I would consider buying from S Supplies again, as their customer service very responsive.
