Customer Service Is Like A Warm Hug. Customer service is worth the extra shipping time or prices. Put a bad address and found out when the USPS could not deliver. I contact them and the same day I had a new order created for the correct address and it was shipped. They never even bought up that it was my fault. No waiting on the USPS to send back, no "please have patience" or "please contact your local post office" crap I used to get from other companies. 10/10

One small flaw I really enjoy my cages (and dildo) from this company. I was super excited for my new flat cage. I ordered the metal catheter tube but i probably should have ordered the other variant. The metal tube is uncomfortable and slightly painful. Wearing the cage without it is very lovely and it definitely helps my gender dysphoria, but its not easy to use the restroom while wearing. Its just one small optional detail that odds are is either something i could get used to or get the different catheter and fix the issue

4 stars because Only reason I gave 4 stars is because shipping was weird. I thought I would've gotten the item in a week but it ended up being more than 2 weeks. Which wasn't a huge deal just a little more transparency on ship dates would be nice. Other than that the quality of the item was great and customer service seems to be very good aswell
