GB4 stars because Only reason I gave 4 stars is because shipping was weird. I thought I would've gotten the item in a week but it ended up being more than 2 weeks. Which wasn't a huge deal just a little more transparency on ship dates would be nice. Other than that the quality of the item was great and customer service seems to be very good aswell

GBCustomer Service Is Like A Warm Hug. Customer service is worth the extra shipping time or prices. Put a bad address and found out when the USPS could not deliver. I contact them and the same day I had a new order created for the correct address and it was shipped. They never even bought up that it was my fault. No waiting on the USPS to send back, no "please have patience" or "please contact your local post office" crap I used to get from other companies. 10/10

GBCustomer service is amazingly helpful! I ordered from them and my order came a lot sooner than I expected. My second order from them was canceled by transit. So I reached out and they helped me super fast and went above and beyond to make things right.
