Build condition was okay. Products arrived in good condition. However, the build quality on the gag was just okay. The inset dildo came twisted about 45 degrees. Not enough to impact use, just more of a visual imperfection that was a little disappointing. Regardless it was satisfactory for the price, and I would shop at this store again.

4 stars because Only reason I gave 4 stars is because shipping was weird. I thought I would've gotten the item in a week but it ended up being more than 2 weeks. Which wasn't a huge deal just a little more transparency on ship dates would be nice. Other than that the quality of the item was great and customer service seems to be very good aswell
