Fast shipping for quality items. I was not expecting to get this item so fast! I purchased my items on the 29th of March. I got the email it was shipped on April 2nd and I had it delivered on April 10th. The quality of the two pairs of gloves I had ordered are amazing. High quality in sealed packaging and you could reuse the plastic for storage. The package was just right for such two small items.

Fit of the rubber pencil skirt at the… Fit of the rubber pencil skirt at the bottom was very loose and way too much flapping around for what was supposed to be a tight rubber fit... When I phoned to discuss this, the lady I spoke to was less than concerned and not particularly friendly. She said they may be able to get it altered if I sent photo's but any cost for alteration would be for us to pay! I didn't think this was acceptable given its supposed to be a tight fitting all over garment.

Great recent purchases I bought some latex and lube recently. Such a great online shop (would love to go into the shop if I lived in London!). Excellent range of products and consistently solid quality. Also, customer service was super friendly and responsive when I asked them about the delivery time as the latex was a gift for my partner. Leg Binder Bought a leg binder from them, completely useless as it is far too short to fasten. Live Chat was offline so I left a message with my email address to which I didn't receive a reply. Wrote a bad product review on their website which (surprise) hasn't appeared. They are quite happy to take your money, customer service appears to be non existent.
