If you claim in the introductory email that something will happen -- and it doesn't -- it reduces trust and raises questions such as: "Did they really ship it?" or "When will it arrive?" so arrangements can be made if the recipient happens to be out of town.

GBNew design is a step backward In the previous design, it had a stand, and I don’t like the new charging option. It’s flimsy and unreliable. Also, the new design and power button seems unnecessary and counterintuitive. The motor feels different from the previous model which was preferred. I will not be using this new version in the future when I buy a replacement and overall unsatisfied with my purchase.

GBNothing wrong with JimmyJane Nothing wrong with JimmyJane, the new product (Finger messager) just wasn't as good as we expected. We have bought many items in the past, and always have had great experiences. This one just didn't do it for us.
