GBReplacement dead on arrival too Update: I received a replacement unit the next week, which was also unfortunately dead on arrival. My refund was processed promptly. The customer service is great and every other product I've ordered from JimmyJane has been great. This was just a flawed product that should not have been released in its current form, hopefully they improve on this build and come out with something better in the future. The device came dead on arrival last week and no one from customer service has reached out since I emailed for support.

GBForm 2 Gripp Just received my Form 2 Gripp. I don't quite get the 'handle' (seems an unnecessary addition to me). I loved my old Form 2 (bought in 2011) and this Form 2 Gripp is also very good. As always, JimmyJane is great, both with products and fast shipping.

GBNothing wrong with JimmyJane Nothing wrong with JimmyJane, the new product (Finger messager) just wasn't as good as we expected. We have bought many items in the past, and always have had great experiences. This one just didn't do it for us.
