My first time dealing with Tapp Airsoft… My first time dealing with Tapp Airsoft and I will definitely be coming back for more….had an issue with the product I bought …a piece on the adapter broke after the first use…..I reached out to Tapp Airsoft, and without any hesitation they sent a return tag…a few weeks later and I just received my new piece, and let me tell you….it’s fire! Can’t wait to order more adapters for other guns …thank you Tapp Airsoft!

Good customer service There have been some fitment issues with the supplied mag adapter. Tapp Airsoft have sent me a replacement but that also had fitment issues. They have since contacted me to say they are working on making the adapter fit perfectly. Their customer service so far has been exemplary. I'll update the review once the Working replacement has arrived.

I like what they're doing I like what they're doing. 3D printed airsoft magazine adapters that effectively replace CO2 or Green Gas for an HPA setup is absolutely fantastic. That said, there are other companies that offer similar products for less money and better quality. The website itself is great, really lack luster on a mobile device though, really hard to navigate compared to on a computer.

Absolutely did wonders Absolutely did wonders, purchased an older model adapter from a local retailer which had defects. They responded to a thread of mine within the hour and are sending me a brand new adapter to replace my previously purchased one. Really went above and beyond!

Mag broke within 2 skirmishes Mag broke within 2 skirmishes. Something internal in the 3d mag catches on BBS to cause really bad feeding issues. Can't solve unless redesigned.
