Grace Credits I think it would be helpful to have some grace credits (not sure what to call them). Example We are in the middle of a great conversation and one of us runs out of credits. Some times it can take days to wait for a pay check and replenish credits. By that time we forget about what we talked about before. You could allow us to continue our conversation and just bill us the next time we login.

I put the request in 3 weeks ago with proper documentation and it’s still says verification is in progress . My question is: Is this normal to take this long? it told me it takes 7 days and maybe a little longer but I find 3 weeks a little extreme so if you could give me a answer to this question would be greatly appreciated. The agent kindly reviewed our request and he then restored it himself immediately. Thank you very much for the great no hassles help. The only observation is that you have to change the location of the Hands Up and Hands Down signs. When we encounter a new sign, our brains first focus on the right side and then the left. Naturally used to that, I mistakenly automatically marked the Hands Down when I wanted to do the opposite. Please switch the locations. How do I know this? I got the info the old fashioned way.
