Grace Credits I think it would be helpful to have some grace credits (not sure what to call them). Example We are in the middle of a great conversation and one of us runs out of credits. Some times it can take days to wait for a pay check and replenish credits. By that time we forget about what we talked about before. You could allow us to continue our conversation and just bill us the next time we login.

The only observation is that you have to change the location of the Hands Up and Hands Down signs. When we encounter a new sign, our brains first focus on the right side and then the left.
