Friendly and Efficient Customer Service Good morning. We called yesterday because our Profile in the page had been deleted and we wanted to restore it. The agent kindly reviewed our request and he then restored it himself immediately. Thank you very much for the great no hassles help. The only observation is that you have to change the location of the Hands Up and Hands Down signs. When we encounter a new sign, our brains first focus on the right side and then the left. Naturally used to that, I mistakenly automatically marked the Hands Down when I wanted to do the opposite. Please switch the locations. How do I know this? I got the info the old fashioned way.
