It just works fine Well besides the painful experience of trying to drag an 80 lb box out to the car and up the stairs. But besides the the doll was in great quality. I have course read the care instructions and the day before she arrived at the post office I actually prepared for all this. The company who gave me the doll actually threw in a third wig for free I was surprised in fact they even threw in another lingerie. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase no real complaints she works just wonderful everything works out just fine
