My guess; They were swamped with orders. They responded same day got me my products out for an ontime arrival and though i didnt ask was partially refunded me for the trouble. This is how businesses used to operate.

I had an issue with swapping one type of bullets for another, and they agreed to do it, for which I'm very grateful.
