NGPromt response to request for refund I wrote to customer service requesting for a 50% refund because I was not comfortable with the one month subscription plan charged, I was well attended to and in less than 24 hours funds hit my account and I'm like wow so fast. Indeed kismia is a trusted and reliable site to be. I love this site.

SAThanks for Maria Thanks for Maria, she handled my subscriptions issue and offered to get a refund. It's unfortunate that I won't be using the up but the support they are providing is legit. We'll see once I got my refund withn 14 days and not be charged later on. I'll update my comments after that!

ZANatalie @pay2serf Although I won't say much about Kismia for now, I am happy to say that Natali from pay2serf was very helpful with solving my issues. Natalie was able to balance the satisfaction of the customer and the integrity of the company. I don't know if more could have been done, but whatever the case, I am very happy with Natalie's assistance.

GBThese reviews are fake These reviews are fake, there are nothing but bots and scammers. Paid $50 and can't set distance or see who likes you which doesn't matter because they are all bots. I can't even delete the account, it makes you deactivate so they can continue to charge you. I've tried to contact customer service and it's impossible. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP

CYSubscription refund Carla handled my subscription issue very professionally. My subscription was renewed automatically but I did not wish to continue. I was promised I will receive a refund in 14 days.
