DHL lost one of my packages and they shipped another one out for me quickly. The process was easy and it didn't take long to resolve it. Their prices are reasonable and their… Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is good. They could improve by having whatsapp or other messenger communication available. Also an invoice with the item code would help since most items comes with the barcode on it.
