GBShady business practices Customer service has gone down the toilet. Guy who runs it cares nothing about customer concerns and continues to sell sub-par and/or defective dolls. He also deletes negative reviews, so you can't trust the reviews on his site. *Update, company replys to this with wrong customer. Not Jeremiah. Stand by original review. Guy is shady for sure.

First Time Buyer
GBVlad was responsive but not proactive Vlad was helpful and fairly timely with his responses to my inquiries. However, I did feel like I had to initiate any updates as the information was not very forthcoming. One issue I have with the doll's details is the weight: I was told he weighed 89 pounds when in reality he weight approximately 102 pounds. That's a significant difference considering I'm having to essentially lift "dead weight"! I also was sent a female fishnet stocking outfit as my "gift" with my MALE doll. I'm not into crossdressing or femme play. Please make your suppliers aware of what they're shipping so that they can make more appropriate choices in this area.

GBI've never had a problem before and… I've never had a problem before and I've ordered a few items. The service on delivery needs help. My item was delivered to another town and then sent back to the correct post office and then sent out for delivery, which arrived a day late. The product is not working properly. The base suction is not working.

GBLong ship time and bad cancellation policy It took longer than expected to ship from the warehouse. I didn't like that I couldn't talk to a Spartan lover representing over the phone. Replies to my emails were very vague and did not answer my questions the way they should. Your order cancellation policy definitely does not match your claims on expedient logistics at the warehouse I would tweak that. With your current cancellation policy in place on your website I will not be ordering from you again I am sorry.
