ANNA 170CM Let me say honestly that I was a bit afraid of spending a good chunk of money ordering a doll online. However, I took the leap of faith and couldn't be happier. My 170cm tall doll Anna arrived recently in a good packaging, including a soft blanket. The accessories included in the package were also a pleasant surprise. Doll arrived with perfect details. She is beautiful and exactly like I wanted. The customer support from them was pretty good, and I was constantly informed about the progress of my order. She answered all my questions about their wide range of dolls catering to different tastes. Given my experience, recommend them and will confidently buy something else. Thank you!

The communication during the ordering… The communication during the ordering process had a few hiccups. My email didn't go through so i didn't get any emails from them for 2 days and started to worry but it was a weekend lol, might have been partly my fault, but they picked up a phone on Monday. Thank you Susan for patience. I recommend doing your research and asking questions upfront. They included a bonus in my package, which was a nice touch. I assume it was because of the communication mix-up, so I appreciate their thoughtfulness and follow-through!
