The only thing I wish you have been different is the fact that some of my things came from SC and some from CA, from the same order. So although I got part of my order I didn't get it all (which I don't mind, I just wish I would have known before waiting 5 days to find out so I had clear expectations on the shipping). Goddess you're amazing I downloaded it right when I paid for it. Book is very detailed on many areas of the work, very informative and relevant to the job. Many things I would not have thought about for this job. The amount of customers service, stalkers, scammers, and how to prevent it.
