CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!! I Placed my order and received my purchase on time but one of the 4 items I paid for was DOA ... I tried contacting via email and phone number on website but never got a response ! Extremely frustrated with customer service and will NOT be doing business with this company ever again !!!

Poor Service I ordered on a Monday, and paid for 2 day air shipping. It is now Friday. That's 5 days. I emailed several times...no response. I called, no response. I tracked the package, and it isn't scheduled to be delivered until Tuesday. That's 8 days, and completely unacceptable. If I pay for expedited shipping, that's exactly what I should get.
