Useless Support (No reply’s) Can’t cancel my order and get my money back. They’ve said that they already started preparing and can’t cancel it, i’ve been sending emails about canceling the same day that I n made purchase yet no one answered. Now since I can’t cancel, I asked when will they ship it since I bought it on December 30th, and no response since. Support is completely useless. $102 USD scam

Great Product I think this is a very good product. Everything arrived as describe the functions as promised. You can experiment to find the controls that work best for you; they are simple to use. I tried three different lubricants before figuring out which one was best for the product, as suggested by others reviews.

UXOL advertises as being about customer… UXOL advertises as being about customer service. 24/7. That is false advertising. Have a bad product from them, and they won’t return my texts or take care of the problem. Very poor company to deal with, stay away. If I could give them zero stars, that’s how I’d rate them. Scammers.
