1st time buyer I was a little nervous about the length… I was a little nervous about the length of time that I was going to be receiving and the lack of good quality moment by moment tracking to reassure that it didn't get lost but it did arrive in a little bit earlier than anticipated and I was happy with what I received.

Ordered item on 4/20/22 Ordered item on 4/20/22. Because I heard nothing from merchant for a week I asked for a refund on 4/27. On 4/28 I received message claiming the item had already been sent "via express" on 4/27. According to tracking data, however, item left China facility on May 2nd - almost 2 weeks from purchase date. Next, item arrived in US on 5/5 and then a regional facility on 5/13. Item finally arrived here on 4/14 - 24 days after purchase date. Three and a half weeks is much too long to receive product.

100% recommend I really happy with my purchase. I order 4 things and it came in discreet package. When I opened everything up it all looked great. But as I started putting batteries on everything one of the toys battery case was broken. I contacted the seller and they were very polite and professional we were able to resolve the issues. I love all of my new items. I would 100% recommend.

packaging could have been better packaging could have been better. putting small cardboard tubes into a thin envelope for a trip overseas probably not a smart choice. boxes destroyed, but luckily product seems to have survived.
