I won't say it was great but it certainly wasn't bad either. At least therir customer service was good and their website was kind of easy to navigate. The only real problem I found was that thier pricing was a bit high compared to other places, but that's just a personal opinion. All in all it was an average experience, not perfect but not too poor either.
