Happy shopper Product was exactly as expected and arrived on time. Package arrived with a few free gifts which I thought was nice. Overall It was a good shopping experience.

Good Ordering Experience Both items I ordered arrived on time, and were exactly as described. The prices were comparable to similar websites, and they had a wider selection then most. The package was labeled discretely.

If I could give 0 Stars I would If I could give Jack & Jill 0 stars, I would. I purchased many items from your store and online but your lack of a return policy sucks. I paid $46 for a pair of heels that I can't wear and you wouldn't even exchange them let alone give me a refund. I will not recommend J&J to anyone after calling and getting poor customer service. I recently order an item and when I received the item was poor quality I recently order an item and when I received it I felt the description was not correct. I did not use the item and I notified customer service only to learn that they basically will not accept returns. I feel jack and Jill company should back the items they sell. They have very poor quality
