SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. We received an email from ReviewSolved in which it said “I came across your Google My Business profile and would like to know if you are interested in removing your unfair reviews from Google.” It also included a screen shot of the review. They had used the image of a singer with his unfavorable review comment. We have no association with the entertainment industry and of course we have never met the alleged reviewer. What would a singer want with an engineering type business? Very clever scam, however they’re amateurs at grammar. Check this. To Quote. “Whether you want to remove Google reviews or your [SIC] looking to opt out from Google My Business permanently , we can help”

! ! ! SCAM SCAM SCAM ! ! ! It was very strange when a low rating review was placed on my Google business listing. The review was by a person we had never met. Following this was an email from ReviewSolved saying they would come to the rescue and remove the review for a FEE of course ( with a very good chance they may have written the review ). Please don't fall into the hands of this trick/ scam!

SCAM We received a bad review on our Google Business listing from a person who had never used our company. I responded to the reviewer that we didn;t have they name in our system and if they had had a bad experience with our company we would be happy to rectify the situation but never got a response back. Two days later I received an email from review solved saying they could remove negative reviews. I'm pretty sure review solve was the one who put up the negative review in the first place.

I got this random 3-star rating on… I got this random 3-star rating on google and had never received a review with no comments `from someone who I have dealt with. Then out of the blue, this company contacts me telling me they can wipe my bad 3-star review for a fee. I think its a scam.
