Turns out they also have the BEST customer service! They responded to my email with a question much more quickly than expected and also had a replacement shipped to me directly, in record time. I enjoy their blog and website, finding it not only entertaining but educational as well. It's great to be able to support a small business that gives quality in so many forms.
