You should have given at least one notice As much as I enjoyed it. It's still frustrating when some profiles are removed without notice. I realise that you, or any user, have the right to remove their profile from the site. However losing contact unexpectedly is a significant loss.

The customer support team seem pretty helpful and knowledgeable, although thye were slow to respond the tickets. They need to improve their communication. Although payment process was handled really well, the overall interface was a bit complaint and needs some enhancement. There were a few glitches while accessing the website. It's defintely a good website but I cann't say if I would recommend it to somebody else or not. With some minor improvements they can make grwat progress in overall satisfaction of customers.
