NOT TO BE TRUSTED AND WONT BE IN BUSINESS LONG I ordered a genuine name brand charging handle for my Colt M4. I also ordered their "Route" package protection for an additional fee. I received the part and it is damaged leaving a sharp edge in a location where your middle finger contacts the handle. The metal fragment was still in the unmarked plastic bag and the bubble wrap packaging is undamaged, indicating the part was damaged before it was shipped. Arm's management reviewed the photos including the fragment left in the bag and decided to turn it over to the ROUTE protection insurance i purchased. ROUTE is a mess of AI technology without a real person just as my service with Arms Unlimited. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. GO TO A MORE ESTABLISHED SUPPLIER THAT HAS BEEN AROUND. THIS PLACE WONT LAST LONG OR WILL CHANGE NAMES
