Great Customer Service 5/5 is customer service, I had an issue with my ID and they fixed it in a matter of days. Still haven't got it yet so I will keep you guys updated.

New Jersey I got a New Jersey one. My photo was a bit blurry (which was a mistake on my end) so it wasn't cropped well and you could sort of tell it was put into the background. It took 1 month and 13 days to come. Good reputable site. Other than that if I had used a good quality picture I don't think I would have had any issues.

Do not buy from this website my ID took… Do not buy from this website my ID took at least 6 weeks to get to me and I paid $150 for it. Customer support was so rude and unhelpful they hurt my feelings. Don’t waste your time. This company is not timely and is unprofessional especially Adbul.

Apparently their performance is… Apparently their performance is absolutely nothing like how they were rated. Because I ordered some ids from here and was giving a week waiting time but I waited more than a month and didn’t get a tangible response from them about my order. Don’t waste time here as I did. Go straight to emailing jonesidkings @ gmail. Once I ordered from them via mail, it didn’t take so much than a few days for me to get the order. I’m absolutely pleased with them.

I’m so disappointed I’m so disappointed. I heard great things about this site, so I ordered some IDs. They came in and were terrible. There was no blue background cropped in, my picture was sideways, and no middle name was on it. It’s also impossible to get in touch with someone to get them fixed because they’re never active during their said “hours” and also don’t respond to submitted tickets. I really wanted to be able to leave a good review once my IDs were fixed, but that looks like it won’t be happening.
