GBI paid for 6 months and suddenly it… I paid for 6 months and suddenly it @failed to send” any messages I sent! I had a massive difficulty in finding how to complain, as there is nothing on the app to help you. When I did I was assured that it had been fixed- it hadn’t!! So, as I could not access any dates I asked for my money to be refunded and was merely pointed to how to cancel my renewal-which I’d already done. Poor in so many ways, pity!

USabsolute scam website without real… absolute scam website without real people ... why allow accounts that show fake photos and messages that turn out to be total scams that are easily discovered within a couple hours.

GBI did contact zoosk but they wouldn't… I did contact zoosk but they wouldn't restore my account even though I apologised for accidentally downloading an inappropriate photo,so much for love as I had met someone on there

GBUnhappy I downloaded a photo in error instead of letting me apologise they blocked me and after I paid 6 month subscription. So sad as I had met someone I didcontact zoosk team and they wo t restore

USMy response was explained in great of… My response was explained in great of the problem I was having and corrected it immediately. ALSO was kind enough to give me 250 free coins for my inconvenience. Great service.
