2-4 hour wait for ammo purchase Makes no sense I have to wait 2 to 4 hours to make a 2 minute ammo purchase. There should be a designated turners employee for ammo purchases only or have a policy where when a employee is done with a fire arm purchase or pick up and is free, ask if there is any ammo only purchases.

Paid $15 on a $35 product Paid $15 on a $35 product. Website said 4 day shipping. After 4 days it still had not shipped so I called customer service to ask for a refund on the shipping charge at least and was given the runaround. I wouldn't have ordered if this was the case. Product won't be here for another 10 days. Never ordering again. What a joke.

Careless Customer Service I recently tried to purchase 2 firearms from Turner's and ended up having to walk away from the purchase, even losing $400 out of principle because I decided not to buy here after my experiences and what they chose to keep. I went to this location 3 times, the first 2 times I witnessed unhappy and frustrated gun buying customers and should have walked away, but I really wanted the guns. The first time was to make the purchase and process paperwork. The fella who helped must have had someone poop in his cereal that day cause he was not feeling his work or life in general that day. I will fully admit I made a mistake not knowing what day my cleared pickup day was for my first gun. I am an older father of two to young children and have young adults in college. I own and run 2 businesses and employ 15 people. It's my responsibility to assist all of them to the best of my abilities and to teach them customer service and what it means to our businesses. Turner's management has done the opposite. They had a choice to make 1 phone call, and it would be good or bad, and they chose the latter. Instead of taking 30- seconds to make a call reminding a busy customer or like myself, a mistaken customer that the purchase is available for pickup they choose to to make one call for 30-seconds to tell me everything I did wrong and it to late that I must pay again and start over. Fine, I except what I did wrong. Either way, you had one 30-second phone to make you choose for it to be the bad customer service version. I will keep my gun purchases with small gunshops that need and want to help their customers.

Just lost a long time customer of Turners Long time customer of Turners. Purchased a 22 ca Browning pistol from the Ontario Store. Contacted Browning (the manufacturer) on a loading issue I am having with the pistol, and Browning stated that they will pay for the shipping back to them to check out the pistol, all I had to do was bring it to an FFL (Turners) and Turners would only have to call Browning so they could send Turners the shipping label. Went in and told the mgr this, and he insisted on charging me a $30 "shipping" charge, even though I told him that Browning would pay for this. I asked him if the $30 is a "handling" charge, and he flippantly told me that it is a shipping charge. I told him thanks, that I will bring it to another FFL that knows about not ripping off a customer for additional shipping charges, that I would not be buying anything from Turners again. You just lost a good customer.
