I have order a tablet from chinagrabber 3 months ago and I have paid extra for express delivery. 2 months later and after long and futile discussions with them,they couldn't or they wouldn't tell my anything about where was my order.So I contacted paypal and opened a dispute and then got my money back.So, stay away...

ChinaGrabber.com has improved customer service. I have been ordering with ChinaGrabber over the past 2 years. I have never really had any issues with their products or services. Sometimes, the USPS.com tracking service can be slow to update, but they have nothing to do with this. China Grabber used to only offer email support; Recently, they have also added online Chat which i find very usefull. I would give ChinaGrabber.com a 9/10 - the one place that they can improve is by providing a telephone number for sales and support.

Totally unacceptable I ordered and paid for helicopter for child at chinagrabber.com. The payment was confirmed, on my order status it shows as shipped and should have been arrived, but they did not send me anything. I didn't received it at all and although I asked for a response, I didn't receive a straight answer. Their answers are ambiguous just to make me believe it is a fraud. They ROBBED ME!
