Got exactly what I ordered I pre-ordered a tablet computer from them a few weeks ago. It only took ten days to arrive on free shipping and I'm on the other side of the world. Totally unacceptable I ordered and paid for helicopter for child at chinagrabber.com. The payment was confirmed, on my order status it shows as shipped and should have been arrived, but they did not send me anything. I didn't received it at all and although I asked for a response, I didn't receive a straight answer. Their answers are ambiguous just to make me believe it is a fraud. They ROBBED ME!
