However the second time they replaced an item we had ordered with an item we did not. we then entered into a 3 month long exchange of emails with this company as they said they had sent the replacement but nothing else. there communication was one sentence long and very rude, and we waited for up to a month each time to get a reply. the item never arrived and they have since started ignoring my emails. Its up to you if you wish to use them, however just pray they don't stuff up.
