Sent tons of emails, no reply. Phone number unreachable, total nightmare for customer. DON’T EVER PAY FOR THIS WEBSITE. I REPEAT, EVER! UPDATE: After few days of keep submitting my email and tried to reach out their service number, they finally contacted me and cancelled my billings. Issue solved. However, just friendly reminders: for other users, please do think thoroughly of choosing which dating app you’re going to subscribed.

I signed up for a membership for 3 days and they told me they would cancel it after the end and didn't renew it. I also canceled the auto-renewal many times but with no success until today I was deducted $75 from the subscription. The end of the 3-day trial is on the 20th, but today is the 23rd. I've had $75 deducted. I advise everyone to be alert so they don't get scammed like me.

If you contact them via the contact form, they won't answer, and the telephone number they show does not exist. There isn't any invoice or record on the Tendermeets account regarding the 36.63 EUR charge. It is sad. If you want to solve my problem and refund the money, my ID is 1079456265. UPDATE 01: They told me that I also bought a monthly service called "EspacoPaquera.com" when I bought the one-day plan. Of course, this is not true. The checkout page does not show any reference to such a service. So, they create an account without authorization in a second platform you don't know, with an expensive monthly subscription you don't want. When you subscribe to the trial membership, they sign you up for a bunch of different websites that you didnt even agree to or wouldnt have noticed that you agreed to becuz they place the agree terms where the customer wouldn't notice and charge you for subscription fee on the other websites without even notifying. Of course no refunds. I should've searched the website up on google before even paying for the trial. Never even sign up for the website. Once the information is out, they use it to create more accounts without you knowing

Naughtypairs/tendermeets scam date sites. Joined a site called naughtypairs, unknowingly associated with tendermeets, pop ups appear, if you click on wrong thing, you get charged. Do not join this scam site, they make it difficult to contact, refunds are adhock, the say a refund will come after legal actioned threatened, then pay a portion of refund then ignore emails or contact requests on full proper refund. I would say trading standards should start investigating these sites. I am almost sure they are scamming loads of people. After number of emails full refund provided. Hopefully site will address concerns on issues raised?
