UPDATE: After few days of keep submitting my email and tried to reach out their service number, they finally contacted me and cancelled my billings. Issue solved. When you subscribe to the trial membership, they sign you up for a bunch of different websites that you didnt even agree to or wouldnt have noticed that you agreed to becuz they place the agree terms where the customer wouldn't notice and charge you for subscription fee on the other websites without even notifying. Of course no refunds. I should've searched the website up on google before even paying for the trial. Never even sign up for the website. Once the information is out, they use it to create more accounts without you knowing

Naughtypairs/tendermeets scam date sites. Joined a site called naughtypairs, unknowingly associated with tendermeets, pop ups appear, if you click on wrong thing, you get charged. Do not join this scam site, they make it difficult to contact, refunds are adhock, the say a refund will come after legal actioned threatened, then pay a portion of refund then ignore emails or contact requests on full proper refund. I would say trading standards should start investigating these sites. I am almost sure they are scamming loads of people. After number of emails full refund provided. Hopefully site will address concerns on issues raised?
