It's a scam website It's a scam website, even after cancelling my repeated billing I was charged again for this month. No one answers the reply to email and if you want to close your account you have to wait for 1 hour or even more to get the account closing code.

They need to improve their practices They charge your bank account monthly (36.63 EUR) even if you cancel the 0.99 EUR one-day subscription plan on time (I canceled the plan after one hour of use). If you contact them via the contact form, they won't answer, and the telephone number they show does not exist. There isn't any invoice or record on the Tendermeets account regarding the 36.63 EUR charge. It is sad. If you want to solve my problem and refund the money, my ID is 1079456265. UPDATE 01: They told me that I also bought a monthly service called "EspacoPaquera.com" when I bought the one-day plan. Of course, this is not true. The checkout page does not show any reference to such a service. Naughtypairs/tendermeets scam date sites. Joined a site called naughtypairs, unknowingly associated with tendermeets, pop ups appear, if you click on wrong thing, you get charged. Do not join this scam site, they make it difficult to contact, refunds are adhock, the say a refund will come after legal actioned threatened, then pay a portion of refund then ignore emails or contact requests on full proper refund. I would say trading standards should start investigating these sites. I am almost sure they are scamming loads of people. After number of emails full refund provided. Hopefully site will address concerns on issues raised?

Absolute scam Absolute scam. Charged me €1 for 1 day, and cancelled (the same day) before the renewal period, still got charged twice. Please delete my user ID 3996617201, cancel my subscription and refund the 2nd and 3rd charge on my credit card.
