Don’t waste your time and money! Their system sucks. I cancelled my billing (my user id 406925993) but I keep seeing that they’re about to charge me with another subscription fee. Sent tons of emails, no reply. Phone number unreachable, total nightmare for customer. DON’T EVER PAY FOR THIS WEBSITE. I REPEAT, EVER! UPDATE: After few days of keep submitting my email and tried to reach out their service number, they finally contacted me and cancelled my billings. Issue solved. However, just friendly reminders: for other users, please do think thoroughly of choosing which dating app you’re going to subscribed.

They need to improve their practices They charge your bank account monthly (36.63 EUR) even if you cancel the 0.99 EUR one-day subscription plan on time (I canceled the plan after one hour of use). If you contact them via the contact form, they won't answer, and the telephone number they show does not exist. There isn't any invoice or record on the Tendermeets account regarding the 36.63 EUR charge. It is sad. If you want to solve my problem and refund the money, my ID is 1079456265. UPDATE 01: They told me that I also bought a monthly service called "EspacoPaquera.com" when I bought the one-day plan. Of course, this is not true. The checkout page does not show any reference to such a service. So, they create an account without authorization in a second platform you don't know, with an expensive monthly subscription you don't want. UPDATE 02: I managed to get my refund, so I'll modify my review accordingly.

Talk about scammed Talk about scammed! I joined up for a 3 day trial to see what the site was like. I later got billed when I was navigating around the site. When I advised the bot (when I contacted them immediately!) and advised that I was reporting them for debiting my card without my authority they immediately advised that I would get a refund. Less than 24 hours later another 'dating' company mystfc.com debited my account for money and I had not used their services at all! Do not use these offshoot dating sites, they are just scams and rely on people not reporting them!

Total scam Total scam I signed ip for a 3 day membership their statement said cancel before the 3 days are you will be billed for a months service the very next day they charge my CC for a month subscription. so I got on their site and canceled my subscription.the next day they billed me again so I went on the website again and canceled the subscription. And today they charged me again I’ve tried calling their customer service and got nowhere the lady said she could not see where my card had been charged and tried to redirect me to a email which I already contacted their site email 3 times prior these people are scammers. I’m currently filling a complaint on this company and recommend that no one uses this site they are a rip off.

I had a pleasant experiance with… I had a pleasant experiance with tendermeets.com. The service they provide was sound and I'm quite content with the outcome. No complants here, everything went smoothly without a hitch. They were best in class in terms of thier customer service; prompt and corteous. The interface is very user friendly, you'll be navigatinbg around in no time. Prices of thier products are reasonable and the website offers the greatest conveniance. All in all, it was a nice enjoyable experiance and I'll be sure to use their services again. Four stars out of five!
