i have an order in process from about 2 … i have an order in process from about 2 months,they take it my money and my packcage never come to me,its normal?and they dont answer anymore to my emails!!!!!!dont order from this site !!!!!!!

Poorest Customer Service Ever I placed an order on 12/8/2021. 3wishes claimed it shipped and sent the tracking number. By 12/9/2021 there were no more updates via UPS. I tried to contact them via phone - got transferred to nothing. I tried to chat online - person told me I would have to work with the shipper to resolved. I finally sent in an email demanding a status or refund. After 12/26/2021 I finally got a refund. No human contact, no offer to try and ship another item - just was my problem. Find a better outfit - as if you any issues with your order - they are not interested in helping you.

They find a way to NOT take any… They find a way to NOT take any returns. If the item is on sale - they will not take it back - even though it is not a clearance item. If it doesn't fit - too bad. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
