Excellent Quality We’ve never ordered a custom puzzle before and were a bit skeptical about what kind of quality we’d get. After some research, we chose VenusPuzzle and the reviews did not let us down. We are so happy with our puzzle! The photo quality and puzzle quality are excellent! The pieces easily click together. Super happy with our purchase and would definitely buy from here again. The only thing to know is that the pieces for a 500 piece puzzle (which we ordered) are the same size as you’d expect from a 1000 piece puzzle. We were expecting the pieces to be larger. That didn’t make a difference to us, but good to know.

All Very Good So Far I sent the puzzle to someone else - it arrived quickly and in good condition. They were very impressed. I don't think they have assembled it yet, so I cannot comment on that just now

Very impressed! I submitted a picture I wanted to turn into a puzzle and the team helped me make my image a better quality for the puzzle. I received the shipped confirmation really quickly but my puzzle got stuck Germany for almost 5 days (fedex not company’s fault!). I just received my puzzle and it looks awesome! I love that there is no puzzle dust. We looked over the pieces and so far the image is clear and everything looks great! Very impressed and will be doing business again for my kid’s birthday!

Excellent experience all around! I created a puzzle for our Grandson's birthday. The upload/design experience was straightforward and the quality of the product and turnaround were top notch. Just make sure that you upload an image that meets their specifications. The site will analyze and inform you if your image is not at a high enough resolution. Highly recommended service!

Really good quality Puzzle quality is really good, love the matte finish and the pieces are nice and thick
