Really good service.. Really good service, fast shipping. I've been visiting the SpeedCubeShop website regularly, but because I'm not US based, it has always been easier to buy my cubes elsewhere. I had tried various lubes, but I wasn't 100% happy, so decided to give the Cosmic Lubes a go and place my first order with SpeedCubeShop. I purchased the "Sampler" and I'm very pleased with their quality and performance. I also purchase my first 2x2 since I was at it.

One of the best I have bought many of my cubes from here and all arrived on time. Cubes are great quality and customer service is excellent. The new warehouse in Canada makes shipping fast for us Canadians.

Product is fine Product is fine. There is a very tiny pre-checked box that automatically has you pay for shipment "insurance," with the threat that any damage that happens to the product will not be covered and is not the responsibility of SpeedCube. It's a shady way to scam purchasers out of a small fee. Caveat Emptor, as always.

The people behind the automated systems CARE! There were some communications issues in the automated system, but I reached out and the people behind this company were amazing! They took care of our issues AND took us seriously. And the personal emails are worth talking about! Well done. :)
