I do like that over the past few years… I do like that over the past few years I asked a couple general questions about cubing. ( I do not know any experienced cubers). The staff at Speedcube shop took the time to answer my questions.

Product is fine Product is fine. There is a very tiny pre-checked box that automatically has you pay for shipment "insurance," with the threat that any damage that happens to the product will not be covered and is not the responsibility of SpeedCube. It's a shady way to scam purchasers out of a small fee. Caveat Emptor, as always.

Amazing customer support! I ordered the 15ml Lightspeed Bundle from SpeedCubeShop. At first I was a little disappointed because some of the liquid had spilled but I contacted SpeedCubeShop and they were able to help me out. They actually offered sending out a completely new bottle or Lunar. Now Lunar is worth about $20 (AUD) plus shipping. They also gave me the option of having store credit on a gift card. Thank you so much to SpeedCubeShop, the spillage wasn't even their fault but they willingly helped me out. They also got back to me very quickly and I was able to sort this all out in less then a week. I think their customer support is probably the best out there! I definitely recommend them to anyone wanting anything related to cubing.
