Retro pocket 3+ Great communication. Made an unusual request after purchase b4 shipping(color switch)& they able do it for me no questions asked. Fast delivery. Preloaded & ready to use as described. Came in original box booklet & cable. I highly recommend. Considering sending my Vita to for upgrades.

Could not have had a better experience! Sorry I'm so late to review, but I really wanted to make sure I did so because service and product was exceptional! Very hard to find game for XBOX 360 at a reasonable price and not only did Retro have the game, but it also has worked to perfection! And despite being across the country, it was so easy to work with them! Going forward I will always check Retro Gaming of Denver as my first source.

Update 8.13.2023 The left analog was misaligned when I received it and within 2 wks the rubber top is coming off. They've gone above and beyond to correct this. Sent me out another controller before receiving the damaged one. Honestly, I didn't look at their warranty program which is top shelf. They got me back up and playing NCAA14 immediately. Thank you.

Having a preloaded system is good for… Having a preloaded system is good for me. I built my own once before but I have too many time constraints today. While I need to relearn how to install ROMS at least the structure is already here.
