GBGreat customer service and packaging Cards came in great condition and packed really well. Came later than expected but not thinking anything of it because it's the postal service I got a email apologizing for the delay and gave me a refund for the shipping. Great customer service!!!!

GBI don't really like the flimsy material… This is a unique product in a niche market that I appreciate existing but I don't really like the thin material of the Quiver Mat holder. I wish it was a hard tube that retained its shape. I feel like it could be damaged easily and seems like a very flimsy and thin material for the price that is being charged. Maybe bring down the price by 15 bucks or redesign it to be worthy of the price being charged. Thanks!

GBGreat Customer Service USPS lost my sleeves before delivery. Immediately after contacting Backwoods, they sent out a replacement. It arrived promptly and Backwoods gave me updates every step of the way. Wonderful customer service. The sleeves themselves are also very high quality and feel like they will last for a long time.
