P320x5 I was happy with my purchase but there was a little bit of misinformation when it came to you guys's review video when I purchased the p320x5 it said an RMR plate will fit it but it doesn't I ended up having to modify the existing plate to screw it to it and there is nothing available other than a spring upgrade and o-ring on your site for that pistols so that is just a little irritating especially when your videos telling people it fits and it doesn't when you actually need to buy a special one that nobody can find anywhere

Great support I was having firing issues with my blaster so I sent an email to their support team. They responded quickly had me send a 30 second video demonstrating the issue I was having. They determined I had a faulty magazine and sent me a new one free of charge. I’m new to gelblasters and originally tried to order from Amazon, but they refused shipment to anywhere in New York Sate because they are banned in NewYork City. I live 4 hours from NYC so this is ridiculous policy. Not knowing much, I decided Ak gelblasters looked to be the most legitimate dealer and am very happy with my choice. I will buy my future gel blasters from them them.

The gun is not working properly and the… My brother recieved the gun on dec. 5th. It wasnt opened til dec. 25th cuz christmas. I didnt hear about it til the 30th. The gun is not working properly as it only fires upside down, the bullets disintegrate in the clip and the instructions were all in i assume chinese. Oh and the battery never charged after it died. Which is according to them my fault for not just knowing the battery isnt supposed to die all the way. Maybe these problems couldve been avoided if the instructions were in english. But to top it off customer service chastised me instead of giving me answers. They made zero attempts to make it right and stopped responding to my emails. And the "owners" garbage response is below this review. What was supposed to be the coolest Christmas gift turned out to b the worst. Dont buy this companies trash.

Customer service was fantastic Customer service was fantastic! I had a few problems with my order but they made it right and delivered a great gel blaster! If you are on the fence, send them an email before you order, and ask which models they stock in their US warehouse, it still took a couple weeks to ship(mostly due to it being busy holiday season), but overall was way shorter than getting it shipped from overseas.
