I called UPS officials, and since The Cubical company did not share my phone and e-mail information, it was stuck in the customs clearance process. The package was classified as "unclaimed". I ordered this product as a birthday gift for my son, and I was saddened that my son was disappointed.

USThe shipping is very slow The shipping is very slow. Was promised 2-5 days, but the item arrived in 9 days. Not a happy cuber. Customer service is very responsive with excuses but not any change in how they do business. We will avoid from now on
